Terms of Service

1. The service

ResaleSync is a tool that helps you manage resale listings across eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari and Vinted using your own marketplace accounts, through a Chrome extension and a web dashboard. During early access the service is provided free of charge and may change, pause or have bugs.

2. Your accounts and your listings

You are responsible for your marketplace accounts and for everything listed, priced, sold or removed through them — including following each marketplace's own rules and policies, and the accuracy of your listings. ResaleSync acts only on your instructions and your automatic settings. Marketplaces can change how their sites work at any time, which can cause an action to fail or be delayed; check important listings yourself.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use ResaleSync to list items you're not allowed to sell, to mislead buyers, to send unwanted messages, or to overload or interfere with any marketplace. Don't try to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. No affiliation

ResaleSync is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari or Vinted. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

5. Fees

Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

6. No warranty

ResaleSync is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every sale, delist, listing or price change will happen exactly when expected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ResaleSync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, double sales, marketplace fees, account restrictions or lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

8. Ending

You can stop using ResaleSync and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and, for important changes, let you know.
